All custom and personalized products are made specifically for you at the time of your order. Because each item is printed with your unique design, we are unable to resell or reuse the product. For this reason, customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We recommend carefully reviewing your design and order details before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

There are any issues with print quality or product construction
If you experience any of the above, email us at info@hawaiicustomshirts.com to submit a claim. We stand by the quality of our products and will gladly address any manufacturing defects or print issues.
Let us know if you would prefer a replacement order or a refund — we’ll work to make it right.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions for Blank Apparel Awaiting Decoration
Once your order is placed, there is a short window of time before the blank apparel is decorated. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it.
Please note that blank apparel is typically pulled from inventory by our suppliers the same day or the following business day, depending on when your order is submitted. If your order is canceled after the blanks have been pulled, a 20% restocking fee + any shipping fees will apply. This fee is charged by the apparel supplier and covers the cost of returning the blank items to stock.
The restocking fee applies only to the cost of the blank garments, not the decoration charges, and is paid directly to the supplier — not to us. We will notify you of the exact amount of the fee at the time of cancellation.
